Workforce Analytics Basics
This course provides Human Resource Managers and practitioners with the knowledge base required to consider the use of an analytics approach to HR decisions. The course aims at providing an overview of the development and use of a Workforce Analytics Strategy that uses data to justify human resource decisions to senior management.
The course provides the HR specialist with the language, basic understanding and conceptual intellect to decide on the most suitable Workforce Analytics solution for their enterprise. In this one-day session, we willl cover how analytics can be used to plan the workforce, its shifts, manage its changes and use credible business drivers, based on data evidence, when communicating HR initiatives to management.

Developing the case
Presenting workforce analytics arguments
The course will not use specific analytics software or computing and is at an entry level intended to provide a grounding in the subject matter to allow attendees to consider future implementations.
