This course provides a foundation in how leaders can stand up for their values and drive organisational behaviour that is in alignment with a wider social context. It helps senior managers communicate values to shareholders, stakeholders and customers while enhancing the common understanding of organisational and social values as they relate to business drivers.
The course links ethics, managerial behaviour, leadership and corporate responsibility by weaving these into daily leadership actions.
The course is also about the daily actions of senior management, often driven by difficult decisions and market complexities, and how managers can balance themselves internally and externally in exercising ethical values.
