Managing the operations of the business including stock management, inward and outward operations, maintenance, supply and value chains and resource planning all form part of this hands on course. The course will cover a range of topics from service management to process planning and is aimed at professionals working in business (product or service) operations wishing to gain enhanced skills in planning and management of their resources.
