This specialist course looks at the retail environment and how best to manage a team in that environment to achieve above average results.
The competitive nature of the retail scene and the high turnover of retail staff are taken into account in designing this course which will review retail operations in the context of team development to enhance retail results and customer returns. The course is at specialist level and suits trainees with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in retail.
