An ever changing legal landscape means that managers need to be aware of the legal obligations the business is under when hiring, managing or terminating staff. This course reviews employment law principles from an Australian law perspective and applies the principles needed to manage a team under various State and Federal laws. It is an important tool for both experienced and aspiring managers and mid-level staff.
