This course is designed for private enterrpise as wel as the not for profit sector and covers the main areas of corporate governance expected of a senior management team and a Board of Directors.
The Not for Profit sector is a growing segment of global charitable, social and religious development. It employs many hundreds of thousands of people and helps many millions. All of a Not for Profit’s revenue comes from donations or government programs and both these have grown making many Not for Profits (also called Non-Government Organisations or NGO’s) large units from a corporate perspective. The need for streamlined corporate governance, management and administration of these NGO’s is a pathway to achieving sustained excellence and growth in these important organisations.
This 1-day seminar is aimed at NGO managers, administrators and board members and covers the essentials of professionally managing and developing the business and the governance requirements placed on senior managers.
